Mindful Meals
Morgan’s Mindful Meals is a meal delivery service that provides you with whole-food plant-based meals directly to your door. Whole-food and plant-based means that these meals are free from animal products and heavily processed foods. Such a diet has been linked to numerous health benefits, both short-term and long-term. Most sauces and dressings you’ll find on the menu are made from scratch and are sweetened with maple syrup or agave. It’s Chef Morgan’s mission to make you feel great about what you’re putting into your body without sacrificing flavor!

Chef Morgan
Chef Morgan is a professional chef and certified food manager with a MEHKO (microenterprise home kitchen operation) health permit from San Diego County. He has worked in a multitude of professional kitchens in California, New York, and Florida, but his love of cooking can be traced to his mother. Formerly the head chef of a natural foods restaurant in New York, she began training Morgan in the culinary arts at a young age, and most of his skill in the kitchen can be attributed to her guidance.
Morgan became a vegetarian in 2011 and adopted a mostly plant-based diet in 2020.
